At TruHeight Vitamins, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your items don't fit your style, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel remains in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is confirmed via email.
